9 1/2". An amazing piece!! In the center is a gorgeous hand painted scene in lovely colors. The edge is done in a tulip feather raised relief motif with scalloped edges. Then there are three mini-scenes in oval medallions around the edge. Made Staffordshire England. It’s fun to imagine the wealthy family that ordered and used this fine plate. Age crazing gives a nice patina.
