11 1/2 " very large art pottery plate. It’s hard to show how striking this piece is in photos. Nice shiny glaze over hand painted free form stylized roses and leaves. Black edge with white stripes. Center of base is unglazed so would be best used for display or entertaining. I do not know the artist, but the design is called Della Rosa.
