This is just a stunning display of fine workmanship. Raised golden flowers hand colored with green, blue and orange. Coral center and cobalt blue edge trim. Golden handle. Cups have lustre finish in inside. Has very tiny nick on cup rim. I have more of this lovely pattern. Handpainted Japan with an M and garland mark.
